Horizon Ring

In ancient China, it was believed that the earth is square and flat, while the sky is round and domed. Watching the sun set into the horizon, it's easy to see how this imagery of the universe came to be. The Horizon Ring is inspired by this concept of a squared earth and rounded heaven, crafted with square wire embracing round wire - a symbol of meeting and union.
 
This ring can be made with any combination of sterling silver, brass, and 9ct/18ct gold.
