Terms and Conditions
A final and binding contract exists between you and ZIPEI once your order is confirmed. We send you an order confirmation and expected delivery time via email when the order has been approved. You receive the final receipt for your order as soon as your parcel has left our studio and payment is accepted.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be 100% true to life. This depends on the colour settings of your computer and monitor. Minor colour deviations are not considered as defect.
Most of ZIPEI’s jewellery are made to order. While some available items might be shipped sooner, please allow 2-3 weeks processing time as a general timeframe. If you need the item by certain time please email Summer at email@example.com before placing your order.
Worldwide shipping with Australia Post. All orders are posted individually with a tracking number. Options for standard and express shipping available upon check out.

If the jewellery is damaged or defective when you receive it, please contact Summer immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the jewellery fail to satisfy your expectations, ZIPEI offers customers 30 days from the day their order is shipped to return their order. This does not apply to commissioned work. The jewellery must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Please note customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, please email Summer at email@example.com
Please note commissioned work cannot be refunded or exchanged, but if there’s any question you can always contact us for help.
All jewellery purchased at ZIPEI is backed by lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. This however, does not include damages to the jewellery caused by wear and tear. As the designer and maker of the jewellery, ZIPEI offers repair and refinish for customers at a minimum cost.
Shopping at ZIPEI requires your name, address, phone number and email address. ZIPEI only records this information in order to deliver the items to you and offer you a smooth and simple shopping experience. Your personal data is stored only by us.
Please note: ZIPEI do not store personal payment information such as card numbers. None of the information we receive from you will be shared with any third parties.
